Description:
A single striker waits around the penalty spot with 3 to 5 strikers waiting on the outside of the penatly area with a ball each. One after another the outside players take turns to pass to the central player. The central player must control and shoot each of the balls. Rotate the central player.
Coaching Points:
For the outside players the aim is to give hard, accurate passes that the striker can easily control. The central player should look to either first time strike, or use the first touch to control and the second to strike as he will not have much time on the ball.
